Rolled in approximately 15mins late for a 7am appointment on 6-10-24. Traffic coming North from South of Houston is a bear at this time in the AM. I got in some major congestion at a couple junctions. No doubt W 38th St is the best way in to this facility. Off of I-610(exit#15)onto N Shepherd Dr. Turn right onto W 38th St a couple intersections up(I followed Google Maps and it took me that route). Worst place ever got here load not ready one star for check in service!
Check in door by dock #19 check in will get a text which dock to go to. After green light check out and get bills print out. All automated.
Easy check in. For the record the check in is at the very end of the building.theres a computer check in. Easy to fill out. 8 appointment got there 30 before and out in under 45. Other driver said 2nd shift, after 6 does well taking you in early if they can.
