Great auction and the best customer service in the world I totally recommend.
Item won was described incorrectly in the listing and Western gave no recourse. Excavator was described as having Briggs and Stratton engine. Had a chinese Rato engine instead though data plate said Briggs. Western was notified via email and did reply to say all sales are final, data plate states Briggs and Stratton, and I should have inspected in person. Inspecting in person isn't mandatory. Unlike other auctions, they charge “yard & security” fees to the seller and charge the buyer to load their purchases. DMV also takes about 6-8 weeks here, so resellers end up stuck with their purchases for a long time.
