Item won was described incorrectly in the listing and Western gave no recourse. Excavator was described as having Briggs and Stratton engine. Had a chinese Rato engine instead though data plate said Briggs. Western was notified via email and did reply to say all sales are final, data plate states Briggs and Stratton, and I should have inspected in person. Inspecting in person isn't mandatory.
