Admin Lead?!! How can someone so disrespectful be in such a position. I chaperoned my mom to her appointment today and she as treated so rudely that it took every ounce of my being to stay quiet not to escalate the situation but this definitely needs to be addressed with higher management. No one should ever be treated so poorly, especially in this area where you are coming in for medical care. We are giving this lady the benefit of the doubt that she’s having a bad day, but that’s not an acceptable.
Wonderful experience from the person at the front desk to the person who saw me to my car. Kind, understanding, skilled, thoughtful, and considerate human beings!
