Pathetic that a brilliant Dr. A Davis since consolidating with Pro-Health how deplorable the back office has become, run by a dolt staff; excluding Dale who's brilliant at her job. Show up for scheduled 6mo follow up, to find out that my appointment was canceled and moved 2 weeks out without being advised, best when I showed I announced my Name, appointment time, and person calls me Jose, said sorry that not what I said repeated my name and called Jose again. I have been coming here for two years and never had a bad experience. The staff are courteous and the new P.A. James Mullen is very personable and thorough. Best physical I’ve had since moving here! Before him I was treated by E. Indorf, who is also personable and attentive.
Needed a referral faxed over and was told it would be done ASAP. I guess they just went home instead because when I called back they’re closed now 😑

The reception was very standoffish while trying to make a new patient appointment.
