RecommendedThis is an amazing place! Yes it is a hospital. From.the RECEPTIONISTS TO THE ER AMAZING If you need a place to feel like a person and know that you are being cared for and your not just a number, this is it. My husband is currently there and has been very sick 2 months (Danbury Hosp/Sharon Rehab) and only till he got there are we feeling some relief ICU NURSES AMAZING, CASEWORKER AMAZING. DR MARSHALL AMAZING ( and that is only after 1 phone call with DR)
I took my child here for a dislocated elbow. They sent me by ambulance to a different hospital but still charged my insurance and copay. I will not go back. In fact, the next time any of my family has an injury we will drive to Albany medical instead. This way, I am not charged for a hospital who can’t help.

Recommendedwhile the scheduling dept could use some help, the staff there was awesome. I had a hard time at the beginning of my MRI, and the nurses were so helpful and patient with me. Diane was my nurse, and the woman who did the test, her name began with an M,.( I'm not sure of her name). I also recommend the weekend hours. it was much nicer and relaxed than weekdays.
RecommendedI had my baby June 2 2020 and the doctors and nurses went above and beyond especially Tiffany the night nurse. they even made me feel better giving birth during covid-19.
RecommendedI had my daughter May 23rd and the second I got to the hospital every single person I met was just amazing. They were all so caring and supportive. In a time that was really scary because of the virus they made me feel safe and took care of me like I was family. ❤️ I seriously can’t say enough about how amazing the nurses and doctors were with me. I had a 10 pound baby so it wasn’t an easy delivery but they made sure I was well taken care of😊 I would 100% recommend them!

RecommendedI had an obgyn emergency and needed to be seen, and i must tell you, the Drs and nurses in the department were phenomenal. They put me at ease with their professionalism,understanding,kidness and patience . Thank you dr Hinds , Jen ,and special thanks to Dr Mcdowell and Lisa. Im so thankful for all your help, you are amazing ❤

Very disappointed! They don’t have good communication! They don’t know where to send you for the so called covid testing you are required to have then don’t have the correct info about being able to have the test in the correct place 24 hrs before hand like I was trying! Because of your unprofessional ways of handling proper instructions the findings of my tumor is now on hold again!
