Could not agree more with the other reviews for Western Medical Group. While the doctors and staff do their jobs well; the people responsible for connecting you to those doctors are inept at doing their jobs. I sat on the phone for 25 minutes trying to get a simple answer for an Insurance question and simply nobody was home. It is quite disappointing that in the 21st century it is almost impossible to get in touch with someone at these offices. Quite laughable! I will not be a patient here any more. Adios,
I am so unbelievably disappointed in Western CT Medical. I have never felt so uncared for in my life.
I almost feel bad giving this low of a review as I do believe the doctors and nurses are great. But trying to schedule an appointment is ridiculous. Half an hour wait to talk to a person is unacceptable. Only to be told that the doctors are booked out for months. The management does not care about the patients.
Very educated Drs and Medical staff. The updated technical equipment gives the staff the best possible care to their patients gives them confidence that they get to the root of your problem instead of just treating it. I highly recommend the Danbury Hosp. And Associates.
Been going there for 12 years had the best dr cooper now the drs are no good want to find new oncologist tell u they will fill a prescription 3 days later with 2 phone calls never filled
