I have found them to be professional, courteous, and caring. I’ve been a patient since 2019 when I moved to the area. They are often understaffed and that does occasionally lead to longer wait times but I can understand this. I’ve seen a few of the doctors and PA’s, and they always get me in if needed. Highly impersonal (rude) money motivated practice. You never see an actual doctor, just very inexperienced yet arrogant physicians assistants. They do not take the time to understand your medical history, they are poor listeners and apathetic. They do not listen to patients, they just dole out generic BS and send you home without adequate care telling you to “return in a few days if not feeling better”.
