I have never had any issues, my doctor is great and the front office customer service is always good. Working in a Dr's office is not easy I did it for 30 yrs. No Dr's office is perfect.....
There only reason I still go here is because of Dr. Velsmid. He is amazing.
I would have loved the convenience of using this facility for my primary care but they just make it so hard to deal with them that I must rate them low. My PCP left the practice during the crisis and trying to work with the office clerks to select a new one was useless. I hope the actual medical care is better but I'll never know since I had to go elsewhere to find a practice and doctor with a useful office staff. Fail.
