As a patient--I feel like I do not matter at all. It takes 14 minutes each time I call the office to have someone answer the phone. That person is not in my doctor's office. Other times I have tried four times in a week to get through by phone and the phone hasn't been answered. This is no way to treat patients who are calling because they need medical help.
