Today 02112025 I had an emergency appointment at Dr. Glover office. I hav a medical condition that can be a risk to my health with my other underlying health conditions. I went to the office and I was denied medical treatment because I did not want them to stored my credit card in their records. Florida Law stays physicians can't require patients to share their credit card information to receive medical care. [ I am VERY DISAPPOINTED as I have been a patient of Dr. Glover for over 13 years. My wife and I are actively looking for a new GP. We have heard many good things about this doctor mostly that she is very good at listening and knowing how to help. But with these reviews about her staff, there's no way. This is exactly what why we are looking for a new GP. The staff is terrible no return calls. And it seems everyone has forgotten how important it is to have your referrals done on time. There is nothing worse than showing up for your monthly follow ups and your referral isn't in order.
