western hearing is my go- to for hearing problems for over 15 years. They & the techs that come to Gunnison are very good & have made having to wear hearing aids as close to pleasant as possible. That is why I recommend them to all my friends. They are up to date on the technology are very pleasant, they take the time to explain everything. I would recommend them.

I was having trouble getting my Phonak hearing aids to pair to my cell phone and called Western Colorado Hearing and Balance where I had purchased the hearing aids over a year ago. I called Jennifer at WCH&B and she spent all the time needed in order to talk me through the pairing process. I am not too tech minded and am easily overwhelmed by today's technology.
