I can't say enough good things about Western Collision. Friendly service, I felt like a long time friend was taking care of my vehicle. Knowledge & Experience of what was needed and the process etc. was top notch. When I got my vehicle back, exactly when I was told I would, it looked great - it looked brand new. I'm a 100% satisfied customer!

Incredible level of service. Periodic messages with progress updates (never expected that!). Immaculately clean vehicle provided to me when completed. Real nice folks.
Brian went to bat for me when AAA didn't want to tow my car from one shop to another (about 3 miles and I've used AAA maybe 2 times in the past 6 years or less). I was going to pay Brian in cash for the tow and cancel AAA but I told him what happened. He said it was a legitimate tow and he called AAA and told them that they needed to cover it.
