DO NOT use the company. I have been given the run around for the past six months over a very minor accident whereby Western Coast's own evidence shows that I was not at fault. The car has already been to the autobody shop once. It was only then that I learn the Western Coast would only cover part of the repair. The agency rep is blaming the adjuster. Either way, I am the once who is forced to chase this thing down. If you want fair service, do not use this company
