Bought a vehicle on ebay and it was supposed to run good according to facts in listing. When I arrived to pick it up it was running really rough. I wound up leaving it in california and returning to get it to run correctly. We did plugs,plug wires, cap and rotor and it ran like it should. Upon returning home and taking papers they gave to the dmv, I was informed that paperwork should have been done by dealer to nake it possible for me to.register the vehicle.
