We had booking for our child planned for about 6 months. On the day of the booking, I called the office to postpone the meeting as my child was sick. I realised then that the booking was to meet a Pediatrician but we had a reference for an OT. When I suggested to just reschedule with an OT for later, I was told that their waitlist was full for the next 2 years and we would not get an OT appointment. We see an OT here and feel like we actually get listened to. They seem to actually care how your child’s developing and growing and don’t seem to rush you through appts

I have been attending since the service first opened in Altona and then Sydenham for Pead, OT and Speech Therapy and I can't fault the team. Always very friendly, caring and accommodating.

I don't know were to start unprofessional clinic no one gets back to you. My child has been left in limbo. I'm so upset and frustrated. I've tried calling, emailing and I went into the clinic and I'm still waiting for a call back.
