Experienced injector failure while passing by Drumheller, heading to SK. Called up Western GM and explained my situation to Darcy in service. He instructed me to bring it by and they will have a look. Vehicle was diagnosed and with parts being a few days out, would need to stay. Luckily they had one rental unit available (brand new) to take and return when my vehicle was repaired. A delayed trip home was handled with urgency, professionalism and understanding. I went in to Western GMC in Drumheller yesterday desperate for an oil change before my drive back to Ontario. The service department took my truck in immediately and had the oil changed within 30 minutes. I mentioned a rotational noise around my driver’s-side front-end to one of the sales staff (thanks Ryder). He took me for a test drive in a company vehicle, then took my truck out to compare. We are so thankful and grateful for Western GM and their wonderful team! We were travelling from Camrose to Medicine Hat for a medical appointment and our vehicle broke down. After calling AMA to get us towed to Drumheller, we had to find somewhere to fix the vehicle plus get a rental to be able to make it to my appointment. I was lucky enough to talk to Alycia and Chelsey at Western Gm who managed to get the vehicle looked at same day, as well as track us down a rental.
