Upon putting in a 2 week notice after over 10 years I was basically cut loose after 2 days with zero communication. Short on work with the constant lie of "it's going to pick up soon" or "bids are out and jobs are coming". Excellent installation work but the shop craftsmanship leaves much to be desired. Chipped/cracked laminate, damaged cabinets, short measurements, backwards fillers, short countertops and missing supports.
