I had an appointment to have carpet installed in my home. I was told the installers would be at my home between 8 - 10am. I called after 11am because no one had showed to do the install or contacted me when the time window wasn'tmet.. I was told by the representative they would call the General Manager and call me back. I called back a hour and a half later and voiced my concerns since no one called back. I was told that the installers had truck problems and would have to reschedule the install for the next day.
