We had an appointment and we were there abouts 30 minutes early and no one was there. When she finally arrived late,ooking like she just woke up with soaking wet hair she was 15 minutes late and said she be right with us. No "sorry I'm late". I was raised to RESPECT EVERYONES TIME!! Not impressed!!!
Visiting the area and just so happen to be close when my mother had hearing aid issues. We went to the walk in clinic. The office staff was so helpful and getting us in. The AuD was experienced and understood my mom’s hearing challenges and fixed the device issues in minutes. Super experienced resources for patients in this western North Carolina area. Highly recommend!
