They need to have their staff return phone calls! Just that simple. Dr. Davis is a DREAM of an eye doctor, but then you hit the mismanaged front office. I was to order contacts on Friday, it would take only 48 hours to come in, my daughter leaves Friday. By their lack of follow-through, and unknowing when that will change, puts undue stress on people. C'mon. More and more I have to drive to doctors' offices to get business done because of this issue. Answer the phone and/or return phone calls! Just so simple... Sad.
Left eye turned out GREAT, thanks to Dr. Stone. Praying for a SIMILAR result for the right eye!
