I've been going to WCRAH for quite some time and am always pleased with them. They are always caring and knowledgable and take the time to listen to my concerns and questions.. I'm especially grateful for 24-7 availability as I've had to use off hours in the past.
I truly cannot say enough great things about Dr. Ziegler and the entire nursing staff. From the moment we walked in, we felt cared for. Dr. Ziegler was thorough, clear, and detailed in explaining everything. His bedside manner was exceptional - compassionate, calm, and genuinely invested in our beloved Roonie’s care. When I came home from work last night I found my dog in respiratory distress. We rushed her to western Carolina regional animal hospital. After some testing and hard discussions with the team we had to make the gut wrenching decision to let our girl go. The entire team was absolutely wonderful. Cinnamon and Dr. Z explained everything to us and never made us feel pressured to do anything we were not prepared to do. It was an awful situation, but I am thankful for their compassion.
