richard is the most unprofessional man i have ever met in my life. nothing but unfulfilled promises and a man who will take your money then stop answering the phone.
Said he would come quote my gutter needs a couple months ago. He never followed through, even with a couple follow up calls to him. Wasted my time, I ended up installing myself. Don't waste your time trying to get a quote.
