Cannot get these people to call me back. I have been a patient since April 2024. They were supposed to order tests, and I had them done though order was never sent in to hospital, so had to have another order sent from family physician. Couldn’t get another test scheduled until July! Still no contact about results etc. (mid January now) Am looking elsewhere.

some of the worst sevice Ive had from a doctors office...a wk ahead of my procedure (appt was made a month earlier) I was called and informed I would owe a $1250.00 copay when the procedure is completely covered by Ins...trnsferred to finance dept...left a VM that stated they would return calls in 24 hrs and not to leave multiple messages because it "delay reponse"... recieved call back after EIGHT DAYS...the day before my procedure was to take place....I assumed they were closed for the 4th and stated that to the very rude ... read more
If there is a way to contact someone higher up to make a formal complain, I will find out. Please, for your health and sanity stay FARRRRR away from this place. Not sure what crawled up the receptionists behind today, but I was scheduled for a stat appt this Friday and then it was cancelled 20 minutes later due to misinformation on their part.
