A new patient is unable to get an appointment with a physician. Must meet with a nurse assistant who can only analize the medical problem based up statistics instead of the actual symptoms. Fails to recognize the input of the patient regarding the patient's belief of the cause of the malady. Can only communicate with the office by telephone. When attempting to contact the office, the phone line is busy most of the time. No provision for text messages or email. Must wait months to get colon tests - colonostrophy ?sp.
We're very informative and told me everything I needed to do and what they were going to do
This practice just told me I needed a referral even though I've been going there for close to three years. I called for an appointment due to abdominal pain and diarrhea. They told me that since it has been a year, they will need a referral. That is the most ludicrous "office policy" I've heard... I am existing patient, people! I have Crohns and EPI, so Yay for me that I didn't need to come for a procedure or an illness last year. Boo for me that I can't get an office appointment with my doctor!
Absolutely great staff! Was anxious about the procedure but everyone was so nice and made me feel at ease. Ashley was a great nurse. The anesthesiologist was great and Dr Stack is a great doctor with amazing bedside manner. That is hard combo to find but WCD checks all the boxes! Thank you for a good experience.
