WNC Auto Glass has replaced two windshields for me this year. On both occasions they came to my location within a day of receiving my insurance claim and had the windshield replaced in a reasonable amount of time. Work was done properly and they left no mess behind.
this is such a great asset to Franklin, NC and any nearby communities. They are very professional and go out of the way to make sure everything is done right. Beware when I called my insurance the send you to network call center and tried to send safelite from Greenville, SC......they don't spend their money in our town, I say support the local businesses like Western Carolina Auto Glass who build our community. Great bunch of people.

Mitch is the man! These guys do great work at the best price around. They even waited around for me after normal hours to replace my truck window. I wouldn't go anywhere else for auto glass now that I've been there.
We had to have our windshield replaced and it was great to know someone local was available and did great work. They made an unfortunate mishap better.
