It is really sad how people "manager" stolen a monthly payment from low income people. That was the case of my 91years old father in law. The apartment given was under a miserable condition, duty and bedrooms carpet under poor condition. Claims were stated several times and never ever were attended. Managers needs to be more conscious about how they can provide a dignity place to people that are leaving their last times. They have a very bad customer service and administration this company (low income )likes to take money from elderly people, (older the 65) they don’t care about them and, when they rent the apartment the apartment is dirty but when you leave ,this company will charge you for paint and cleaning ,even though they didn’t give the apartment clean nether painted and on top of this ,the (manager)administration stole money from the poor people.
