Such a great company and lovely people to deal with from the first phone call to the dropping off the van to even the last call they made sure everything ran so smooth and hassle free . Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing their caravan fixed. Will definatly use in the future if needed wouldnt go anywhere else now
Great service by the team at Western caravans. I emailed them about servicing my van and they replied promptly, were super friendly and helpful and I got booked in quickly. They helped me reverse the caravan in ( newbie) on the day and completed the service that day and sent me a text once it was ready. Honestly 5/5 for service, staff and even the price was great! Will certainly be coming back
The worst experience I’ve ever had. The woman was mocking they just checked it but didn’t do anything they were supposed to do. They told me they would fix the caravan’s awning and gave me a price, then she called me later to say it would now be another price much more expensive than before! I’m never going back!
