Very rude they don’t know how to talk with customers. If we message them after hours they start speaking bad language. Totally unprofessional.
Misleading advertising- some of our family booked for a visit to Australia at the end of the year and were told that prices would change by then, but couldn’t confirm what prices would be?! This was after already taking the booking and money for the original price.
I spoke with them and they are very abusive and pathetic. Should learn how to speak with customers
He says “Fill up the diesel to the white line before return. You must take out the nozzle and fill it properly.” So I do that. Peer into the black tank as best I can and top it up. Apparently not correctly. On return I got a lecture about my failure to follow instructions and sent to do it again. If not for the exhortation deposit I would have put the diesel somewhere else. Filling up to the white apparently means overflow the tank. I will not be going back.
