Why does your website say the office is open until 5 PM when the office is already closed at 4:20 PM? I arrived around 4:20, found the office closed, and called to confirm. They literally told me, “The office is closed,” even though the posted hours clearly say they’re open until 5 PM. What’s the point of having business hours if you’re not actually following them? This wasted my time and was extremely frustrating. Please update your hours if you’re going to close early.
