I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist. She repeatedly transferred my call without listening to what I had to say or making any effort to assist me. Instead of addressing my concerns, she kept saying “okay dokie” in an unprofessional manner. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it and continued to transfer the call without explanation. There was no professionalism or intention to help—just a frustrating cycle of being passed around. Definitely not the level of service I expected.
Seriously, how long does it take to fix your stupid app????? If I wanted to go to the store I wouldn't have the app. Brutal
