Larry was quick to come and give us a reasonable estimate with a probable completion date within one week of signing the proposal. After that, we never heard from him again. We called and left messages and sent emails all to now avail. Finally six weeks later we went to his business address and found him. He was very unresponsive and downright rude to us and told us fo find someone else. So that is what we are gong to do!
I highly recommend Western Builders! Larry was wonderful! He's very professional, quick and responsive and he does quality work! It's no wonder he came highly recommended by A&A Glass. After speaking with Larry, we scheduled a time for him to assess my window the following day. He was able to give me a great offer (compared to others) and took the window for repair on the spot. Never started the job. Didn’t return communication for a 2 months after hired. Don’t waste your time.
