Once again Western and Bryn Mawr Auto repair helped me and got my 20 year old car running. I would hate to be the mechanic that fixes my car because my car is so old and am sure my car is hard to work on. Sami and George's mechanics are always nice, friendly and very respectful with me and I always walk away with a feeling like my job would have costed more had I gone to say a dealership. The best shop in town..and I mean it!Excellent services,professional approach and the prices are lower comparing to other shops I went to before!!!Mr.George personally took time to explain to me all the details though I asked him to repeat it to me twice(I'm a female lol) My Hyundai works fine after they fixed it!!! This shop is the best and the owner and the mechanics are honest,polite,hardworking and efficient ppl

I've been taking my auto to Western Bryn Mawr Auto Repair for several years. Sami and George have always provided me with excellent service and repairs, their prices are very fair and reasonable. I will never trust anybody else to handle the repairs on my car. I feel extremely fortunate to have found such honorable people to repair my auto when there is a problem. Great people repairs good but might not be perfect. – Trust, That is what is important I been with these guys for years, yes they will use rebuilt items sometimes but almost 90% the will tell you. They will do thier best to fix your car. I have had two problems with them over the years, but one was minor the other was a problem and still is. I still trust them to try their best on all the work. I have also used them on a fleet of company vehicles in the past so I been there for over 40 repairs in the last 12 years. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!! – NEVER GO THERE! Horrible mechanics, severely damaged my car and harassed me over the phone. I brought my car, 1997 Mercedes C230 which needed to get instrument cluster fixed. It took them more than a month to get it "fixed" My husband and I came to the shop few times and always it "was not ready, come back next week" I finally picked up the car and I saw my plastic dash board severely scratched, literally vandalized, as they tried to take out the cluster I guess with screwdriver or something lik... read more

WASTE of time and money – They fixed something on my car, but the mechanic screwed up something else. Been there twice still not able to fix his screw up and guess what the initial problem I went in with in the shop just came back. When i brought the car into his shop i heard a customer complaining about the fact that the charge you for new parts and they use rebuilt parts, many times they will rebuilt your own part . I'm done with them, have paid $780 so far and now I have more problems with the car than before
