Very bad service partsi
This place is a scam. I went to Western Branch Diesel for an oil change and was shocked when the service lady told me it would cost $800–$900. When I pushed back, the price magically dropped to $500. The real cost of an oil change should be about $180–$200 — so clearly they were trying to take advantage of me. This is not how an honest business operates. They play games with pricing and hope customers don’t notice. Be very careful — I will never come back here again.
This Allison distributor branch is , They don’t care about their customers or their reputation! They try and make you feel good about a warranty but don’t honor there warranty! Since the mechanic shop got the refurbished transmission from them last year they don’t want to honor the warranty and blaming the other mechanic shop when they followed their own check list on how to install a transmission. But yet Western branch is okay dealing with Allison transmissions but don’t want to cover themselves with mailing out spec sheet... read more

So where do I start since it’s on multiple issues that I have with this place: They love to blame others and NOT HONOR THEIR 2 year policy with Allison transmission! My truck broke down in April 2024 . The certified mechanics put in the transmission and followed the checklist on how to install Allison transmission properly. I have been going back and forth and even called several Allison’s transmission places on what they call there spec sheet to Make sure when you put your transmission in on a box truck that the calculation... read more
