This Allison distributor branch is , They don’t care about their customers or their reputation! They try and make you feel good about a warranty but don’t honor there warranty! Since the mechanic shop got the refurbished transmission from them last year they don’t want to honor the warranty and blaming the other mechanic shop when they followed their own check list on how to install a transmission. So where do I start since it’s on multiple issues that I have with this place: They love to blame others and NOT HONOR THEIR 2 year policy with Allison transmission! My truck broke down in April 2024 . The certified mechanics put in the transmission and followed the checklist on how to install Allison transmission properly. My friend took his tow truck to this establishment for a diagnostics test. He was told at a diagnostic test cost $408. A few days later he received a phone call saying that he needed to pay more money for them to continue the diagnostics test because the $408 only covered 2 hours of diagnostic test and they needed an additional 3 hours at $185 a hour. That would bring the total to over $900 just for a diagnostics test. A few more days passed and he called back to check on the truck and they told him they needed more time.Ano... read more
