Contacted them for a quote on putting in a driveway. Recieved email that unfortunately we were outside their service area (VA Beach) Company's website states "Our service area includes all of Hampton Roads" probably should update website to the areas you service.
As is written in local social pages about this company is true. They ghost you. They quote or respond and then ignore you. I was ready to Move on a 5k project but they have since been ignoring text messages. Seems to be common occurrence with them.
Did an excellent job pouring a new patio space and repairing sidewalks. Couldn't have asked for a nicer group of guys to do the job. It took them a while to get to our job (no fault of their own...weather uncopperative) but once they did they did a great job.
I called Western Branch Concrete for an estimate to complete a driveway in concrete. No one answered when I called so I left a message. That same night I did receive a call back from the company representative and told him what I was looking to have completed and wanted to have someone come out and give me an estimate. During our phone call he was very rushed and made it seem like I was inconveniencing him. He asked for my information which I gave him and said they would get back to me with an estimate.
