This shop was so accommodating with my schedule and unique shipping situation when I was in town and found a bike I wanted to get back home. They were also quick to answer all of my questions. I ended up buying a bike there and they had great insight and suggestions for care, fit, etc. Was very happy overall.
Classy shop with stellar staff. Really came through for me with no profit to themselves. If I am ever back in Portland this is the only bike store I would visit.

Ordered a helmet retention system, cost me $18 shipped. Received quick and in great condition. It unfortunately did not fit my helmet and I needed to return the item. Upon completing their return procedure, on their website, I would be issued $5 back. They charged me $4 to ship it to my house but nearly $9 to return it. I would not even receive half of the cost of the item upon this return. I was told it would be better just to keep it cuz I'm not going to find shipping cheaper anywhere else… I did though.
