I recently opened my own business. I purchased many supplies from different vendors including Western supply. one item was a 40 or $50 scale to weigh yourself meets with. within the first week, the scale fell to the floor one time. the scale would no longer calibrate. I spoke with Joel, who told me that he couldn't replace it or give a refund because I broke it.
