I had filling done by Dr. Taija Patel. He had given me detailed examination and good education of oral hygiene care advice. He took thorough history from me before examination. He has been patient to answer my questions. Throughout the filling process,he has been very careful and gentle. I didn't have any pain at all. It was a very good dental experience. He did a very good job.
This was my first dental appointment in the UK, and it was a very good experience. I was treated by Dr Taijas Patel, and he was very kind and caring from the beginning. He examined me thoroughly and carried out the treatment with minimal pain. He also explained clearly what was happening and how to prevent the problem from happening again. Absolutely loved my dental appointments today. I met with the hygienist and had a dental check-up with Wyem. Such a lovely and informative team - they gave great advice and both had a great sense of humour. I felt very comfortable.
Western Avenue Clinic is really clean and well kept. Dr. Taijas Patel is caring, knowledgeable, and takes time to listen. The staff is friendly and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. Everyone works together smoothly, so the visit feels easy and relaxed. I felt well cared for and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone.
I have alot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist however for the first time I felt at ease. The receptionist I believe her name is Tamara? Was amazing and fit me in when I came to book an appointment. Normally I don’t write reviews however the whole procedure was beyond expectations. Thanks xx
