i brought my car to this shop to have a 10,000 dollar enigine installed, He didnt bother to put a fuel filter on the car so it broke down on the way home. I paid a bunch of money to have it towed back with no compensation. he didnt do half the work I asked to be done. Not a happy customer but he didnt seem to give a damn after getting paid.One star is to much

I am a competent mechanic but didn't have time to deal with a hot no start issue with my diesel, I was referred to Western Automotive from a friend, explained to Doug my issue and he identified the problem over the phone his son Chris had my truck up and running in one day, talked to Chris when I picked my truck up and he did all of the right diagnoses and repairs for my issues, a great family owned business!!!!
