I Have used Western Automotive Centre on numerous occasions for my daily driver and 4X4. The service provided by both John and Stacey was second to none. They are always happy to fit me in around my busy schedule and always keep me informed about what will need to be addressed and what can wait until next service. Good to see a genuine family owned and ran business as they are getting far less common. Definetly a returning customer. Thanks again!
Great service from these guys. The team was friendly, transparent, and very helpful. And made everything so easy. Unlike others in the industry, they clearly operate with their clients’ best interests at heart, recommending and completing only necessary work. I initially came in expecting to replace several parts based on advice from another local mechanic, and was quoted around $1,000 for the job. An example of a great business amongst poor competition. If you’re in the area of Tarneit and Truganina, this is the mechanic to choose. John and Stacey are lovely to deal with and are willing to help as soon as they can. John definitely knows what he is doing and you can trust him with your cars. My cars drive better when Western Automotive Centre services them. More importantly, this is a family run business so support your local !
