I have bought 3 vehicles from Alex always great service and great prices. I've sent countless customers to them. Never had a problem until today. I bought a 2017 Ford f 250 from them 2 weeks ago. It did not have the GOosneck set up installed he told me no problem he would have it put in for me as part of the deal. I call today to get that set up as I have an emergency situation .
