Super helpful and reasonable. Found my part quickly, fair price.
I am from BC and purchased a 4R100 transmission from this company and had it shipped to my house in Langley . Unfortunately, when it arrived here, it was the wrong transmission. I called Donovan to express my concerns. He did an excellent job helping to come up with a solution and his customer service was outstanding and they fully refunded my money. This is a company with integrity and a company that stands behind what they sell. Thanks again to Donovan for doing a great job.
when I called here, the gentleman I spoke with knew what he had in stock and what he did not. when I hung up with him, he had given me the phone number of another scrap yard that did have what I was looking for. A real customer service moment, and I got the part I was looking for... Thank you for the help ,I appreciate it, and if I hear of anyone else looking for truck parts, I will have them call you first.

Very bad place taking money from you and they said they have the part after five hours six hour they call you. They said we don’t have the part. You have to be careful to go in that place and to get scam
