Booked our motorhome for a Thursday and tentatively for Wednesday if possible. At the last moment they told us they had an emergency vehicle in the tall garage so could not accommodate. When I've made a booking I've never been told to shift aside for another vehicle. So a day later (Friday), besides the service, they replaced two batteries. One for engine, one for back. Stopped going here 2 years ago They left hood unlatced on vehicle. Bent hinges when it blew up in air . Fixed exhaust twice ,still leaks .rattled after brake lines were fixed . Scratched the hell out of my daughter's rims changing tires . Bernie tries giving all this shit the brush off ..no thanks not anymore
Craig the owner test drove my car for free due to my suspicion of shifting problems. Didn’t have any work done but he gave me some suggestions on what I should do next. Thanks. Didn’t get any repair work done but they seem to be honest and know what they’re talking about. Jen and Janice behind the counter are welcoming too. Also they’ve been around for 20+ years.
