Terrible HOA management. They can't even change light bulbs (literally). Local electricians union offered to repair the sign FOR FREE and the management turned it down "for a better offer". Now they want $100,000 from the city to fix the sign. Stay away from living here!
The HOA and the board here are 100% incompetent
Did you really hire people who couldn't change light bulbs then turn down free everything from the best electricians in the world? This is KCMO, get with the program. x:)
Western Auto owns and leases parking in downtown KC. They are irresponsible and very poor landlords. They have unsafe electric gates that will crush you to death because they have NO SAFETY DEVICES TO STOP THE GATE. ONE OF THESE GATES RIPPED THE DOOR OFF MY DAUGHTERS CAR AND WESTERN AUTO HAD NO INSURANCE TO COVER DAMAGES. PARK AND RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK! Western Auto DOES NOT TAKE CARE OF IT’S TENETS. SHAME ON YOU WESTERN AUTO!! SHAME ON YOU!
