Previous rating mentioning unsafe gates is wrong. All gates have motion detection and reverse if a body is detected. I’ve been here over 10 years and it has always been that way.
Lofts are very nicely done. Retail space on bottom very nice. Landlord could replace plants in planter boxes as they were dead. Lots of homeless in this area.
The Western Auto Lofts HOA is solely responsible for not having the historic Western Auto sign lit in time for the World Cup. They had every opportunity to have that sign lit including a very generous offer from IBEW 124 who were going to spend $600,000 to repair the sign and maintain it free for life. If the HOA weren't up to their eyeballs in litigation and lawsuits involving fraud maybe they would have had the money to maintain the sign.
