We dropped in as we were passing through town, as we had an auto question that we needed help with. The sales person stated that they were unable to help us even though the store was completely empty. We were turned away purely because, in his words “I don’t want to come help because then I would have to get involved” all we needed was confirmation that we can replace our Anderson plug safely.
Massive thanks to the team at Western Auto Electrical. Came in today hoping that they had spare replacement midi fuses (40A) and fuse holders so that I could fix an issue on our hybrid camper. Not only did they have the items in stock, but they provided some very helpful advice with cheery smiles and good old-fashioned country customer services. Many thanks from @maccas.tracks (Instagram).
