Worst customer experience ever. Booking in for AC gas refill they don't mention that car needs to be left for few hours. On the day of booking I had a flat tyre called them to inform I will be abit late or if possible rebook to next weekend got told off and told not to waste their time and very rude staff unprofessional company. I was trying to support local but looks like I'll be going somewhere else
My problem with my trailer was fixed, however it was my impression that I had been overcharged. I went back to the company and discussed with Cam. Tempers were high, but despite this Cam was still professional and willing to meet me half way in terms of cost. His cool under pressure alone is worth a golden star in my book. I would use them again.
Place was good in the sense to find the issue however their customer service was bad, rude to talk too and price was very expensive. could probably find a better place with better customer service
Rude service, check. Wasted my time, check. Straight out lied to me, check. Overcharged, check. Fool me once, shame on me. Won't fool me twice. And if you're reading this with a view to use their services, DON'T!!! Brought in trailer to have them check the solenoid switch. Was told to come the next day at 8. Was there at 7:50 before the doors even opened. Just had my Ute in, man behind the counter was passive aggressive and told me the quote was going to be 200 more on the day of pick up as “trades done include GST on quotes” which is true if I were a company who was working with them but I am not. Was estimated to take a day or two, got it back 5 days later, understandable stuff happens and I did show up with out an appointment.
