Thank you Colin & his team for sorting my car out, due to the nature of my work I don’t have access to my phone most times so Collin would check in and kept me updated. Prices & duration, easy to deal with, wasn’t pushy or aggressive May have found me new service team.

⭐ 1 Star I am very disappointed with my experience at Western Auto Electrical. I brought my car in because the left headlight was not working and expected the shop to check the issue and inform me of the cost before doing any repairs. However, the HID bulb was replaced without my consent or any prior quote. When I received the invoice, I was charged $180 for technician labour and $75 for the bulb, with a total of $293.25.
