Very friendly staff and great service, really helped me get my car sorted. So very grateful for the work completed on my car.
Reliable staff Quick response
I would not recommend this mechanic. I felt I was overcharged compared to other mechanics I contacted for the same type of work. The service was not friendly, and I had concerns about the way GST was handled on the invoice. On top of that, I felt there were attempts to add extra charges that were not clearly explained. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I won't be returning. I recommend getting a few quotes from other mechanics before deciding.
Absolutely shocking. Quoted $600 more than other mechanics. Very rude. Took advantage of daughter. Who is pregnant with 1 small child. They were rude and heartless. Reception lady is just as arrogant. Came to pick up car to take else where. Made me wait. Very sad that companies like this are trading.
These guys are so helpful and ready to go the extra mile for their customers. Even just walking into their shop I got the feeling I was in the right shop and I was going to be looked after. I would go back to them in a heart beat for any auto electric problem I may have in the future. Thanks Western Auto Electrics
