Listen to customers when they are trying to tell you what is wrong with an item and maybe realize that one of their sources for remanufactured parts is recycling junk. But you wouldn't know that because you didn't care to listen to me.
Honest, fair priced reliable auto shop
Tried to rip my daughter off for a brake job she didn't need, after charging 96 bucks for an air filter and oil change. Big thumbs down. See the pics on my yelp review of this place.

I have found out through a friend and multiple other people as well, that this business, Ragans western Auto in Grafton, Virginia, is the place to go to when you know you’re vehicle won’t pass inspection anywhere else. One friend in fact told me he’s been going there for years. I find this extremely terrifying as I live in the grafton area and drive with my son around here EVERY day. Outstanding customer service and care!
up until today I would have told everyone to take their repairs here. however, Tuesday I went in to have something replaced on the right side of my vehicle, paid for it, expecting that the right side had been fixed, and when my car still had the same symptoms, checked the paperwork, and found they had fixed the LEFT. which didn't even need fixes. I highly recommend stopping here for your vehicle needs. Excellent service and a great team. I had my car AC serviced and they were able to quickly diagnose and fix my issue. Cost effective and honest!
