I paid Western Auto at 5813 George Washington Memorial Highway in Yorktown, VA, to install two new customer-supplied OEM drive belts on my 2002 Highlander Limited 3.0L V6 (Invoice #17745). While the shop did physically mount the components and return my worn original belts to me, they completely failed to perform a proper manual tensioning adjustment to factory specifications.
