I bought insurance for 2 triplexes. Problem was only 1 unit was listed on policy. Asked for correction and was assured none was needed. Went to refinance and the bank would not accept coverage as documented. The bank and I both requested a correction and after 4 attempts they finally got the addresses corrected. Only took 3 months.
