This has to be the best group of granite fabrication guys around!! Jen Hill is amazing... always there to answer the 101 stupid questions I have.... always friendly and kind on the phone. We did both bathrooms and are currently working on a full kitchen gut and remodel. Thank you everyone... especially you Jen!
Installed this oval sink crooked and refused to fix it saying the Koehler sink was defective. After they left, I had to rotate the sink to get the Koehler name lined up with the faucet correctly. These guys weren’t just lazy, they were liars.
Western Artisan is family owned and operated and has the most professional process I've seen from countertop fabricators. They also have very competitive pricing.
Awesome company actually stumbled across them looking for soapstone remnants on Facebook Marketplace! My sales person Ella had a gorgeous slab listed. I had lots of questions & Ella was extremely responsive! The technology that this company uses is awesome!
