Waited 8 months for an appointment. Showed up early. After the appointment was an hour overdue we left without being seen. Many people showed up were seen immediately, and were out very quickly. It appeared to either be completely disorganized or an insurance scam. I assumed we had been overlooked and asked the receptionist and she said “welcome to dr Kelly’s office.”
