I tried to get medical records here for a mutual patient and they missed a clearance and blood thinner hold. They said they are waiting on the doctor to sign off on it. We called daily to make sure it gets done since our patient had surgery scheduled. This process started January, 9, 2026. They dropped the ball and when we called again to check on the status, the doctor apparently went on vacation until Feb. 16. I had to cancel my patients surgery and move it out.
