Started my journey with this office 6 years ago under a previous doctor. No issues with current doctor Malik Rahim until He scheduled some tests back in April. The tests were completed but the soonest I could hear results were August 3 (over 90 days later). I raised my concern; he then explained he was of only two cardiologists in town. I stated that over 90 days was too long to receive test results. He stated I could leave town and find another doctor, refusing to see me again. Very compassionate. He explains things in great detail.
He rushed thru the first time when I saw him, told me to go a stress test and wear a heart monitor for only 24 hours, what can you possibly find in 24 freaking hours just sayin then when I went back for my results he just said I didn't find anything but he put me on meds and said to come back in 6 months and rushed out the door, terrible heart doctor I will be getting another option with someone who has the time to listen to his patients And has better bed side matters
This guy is a horrible. He has the bedside manner of a stone... I understand now why I was told to stay away. Contact the AMA when you get treatment like this.
Great cardiologist- I really appreciate the care he provides me and the time he takes to help me understand my condition and medications. Great experience
